Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the games published by Triarch Interactive ("Triarch", "we", "us") and to triarchinteractive.com. It covers Keep It Contained, Keep It Checked, Tinker's Nook, Take That Shot, Endless Check, and any future game we release that links to this page.

Our approach

We build games, not data products. We do not sell personal data, we do not show third-party advertising in our games, and we do not ask you to create an account with us to play.

Information in our games

Our games do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, and we do not knowingly collect personal or sensitive information through them.

• Gameplay data on your device. Settings, progress and save files are stored locally on your device so the game can work. We do not receive them.
• Platform services. Games distributed through Steam or another store use that platform's own services (for example purchases, achievements, cloud saves and crash reporting). The platform handles that data under its own privacy policy, such as the Steam Privacy Policy. We only see aggregated or anonymous reports the platform makes available to developers.

Information on our website

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type). Google may set cookies or similar identifiers for this. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Theme preference. If you pick a light or dark theme, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process technical data such as your IP address to serve pages, under GitHub's privacy statement.
• Email. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers named above (Google for analytics, GitHub for hosting, and the stores that distribute our games) and when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

Children

Our games and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because we hold very little, most requests are simple. Email us and we will respond.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
